Integrating 3LC with Ultralytics YOLO 🚀

The integration with Ultralytics YOLO is distributed separately on PyPI as 3lc-ultralytics with the source code hosted on GitHub. It adds support to ultralytics for using Tables as training and validation datasets, and for collecting metrics in Runs.

We are working towards integrating 3LC directly into the main Ultralytics YOLO repository.
